It's about time! They finally released a teaser trailer for Frozen. I will be telling you my thoughts on it.
This is a really funny trailer and the animation is beautiful. However, it does not have the main characters in it. Instead, they for some reason decided to have the side characters in it. Also, this feels more like a short film than a trailer. Imagine how weird it will be for audiences who have never seen these characters before to see a teaser trailer that looks like a short film during the time they show the trailers before a movie. Then they see the logo and wonder what was going on.
Also, when Olaf (the snowman) starts petting Sven (the reindeer), why does Sven's fur just come off like that? They should have made it so the hair comes off naturally as he pets him, since that makes more sense. I know this is nitpicking, but as someone who knows computer animation, this kind of thing bothers me.
Overall, the trailer was funny, but it should have been just like any other teaser.
