This came a lot sooner than I thought. But, with the release of Planes: Fire and Rescue, I guess Disney thinks people are actually going to see that film, so they decided to release a Big Hero 6 trailer right now. But, releasing it before Guardians of the Galaxy would have been a no-brainer. Mini rant aside, I love this trailer!
This is a great trailer. It's not really a story based trailer, but what is in it is still awesome! There's a lot of humor and it showed some pretty epic action scenes as well! We also get to see some gorgeous shots of San Fransokyo!
This trailer revolves around Hiro and Baymax, with very brief glimpses of the other characters. However, I don't think that is really a bad thing since Hiro and Baymax seem like a great duo. Also, Baymax is downright adorable! I already love him more than Olaf from Frozen!
Much like the teaser trailer, this trailer doesn't mention that this is based on a Marvel comic. If Disney is smart, they will release another trailer before Guardians of the Galaxy, which will mention that this is a compilation film between Disney and Marvel. Having Marvel's name in the trailer would pretty much guarantee the film making at least $500 million in the worldwide box office.
This trailer got me a lot more excited to watch the movie when it comes to theaters on November 7.
