Disney News From CinemaCon!
To me, the best part of CinemaCon is when Disney announces lots of news about their upcoming films. This year is absolutely no exception.
The Croods Has Its Moments, but Lacks in Some Areas
Lately, DreamWorks has not been
on the top of its game. Rise of the Guardians was a good film, but was nothing
special or memorable. As for Turbo, I can’t quite judge yet. This brings us to
the film in between these two films, The Croods.

Disney Infinity News and Rumors and My Thoughts
Disney Infinity is an upcoming Disney videogame. It is rumored to be interactive between many different videogame consoles and tablets, with the ability to unlock different characters, worlds and levels from all of the Disney and Pixar movies through releasing certain playsets and toys. In other words, it's Disney's take on Skylanders. The frustrating thing about this is that this article I read also mentioned stuff about character cards instead of playsets so we don't know for sure what route they're going to go. It would make more sense, however, if they release the separate world through downloadable content, but whether it's going to be through DLC or through toys, I don't mind either way.
I am really looking forward to this videogame. I don't know how any Disney fan would be able to resist a videogame that is this epic and ambitious. If the picture on the top isn't getting you excited like crazy, then the one below this has to, or else something may be wrong.
Look at all of those Disney and Pixar characters. and that's not going to be all of them. It's also rumored that Disney is going to make levels out of the whole Disney and Pixar library!
Now the big question is, are all these rumors true? Well, based on the photos I just showed, they're more than likely true, but we will not know for sure until January 15th when Disney officially announces it. For a full scoop on the announcement, come back to the blog on January 15th.

Finding Nemo 2?
Andrew Stanton has always wanted to make a sequel to Finding Nemo, and according to a recent LA Times interview with Andrew Stanton, a sequel to Finding Nemo is in production. Oddly enough, there is not link to this interview, the article simply says that they interviewed him, so the sequel currently is not completely confirmed.
There have also been rumors that Andrew Stanton is only making the sequel because of the failure of his most recent film, John Carter. These rumors were denied by Stanton on his most recent tweet.
While I don't know for sure about a Finding Nemo sequel being made, I am somewhat starting to believe it after reading many articles about it. I'm still not going to fully believe it until I see an official announcement from Pixar, though.
I'm honsetly not sure what to think about a Finding Nemo sequel. On one hand, it seems completely unnecessary making a sequel. What would it possibly be about? Would Marlin lose Nemo again after all the character development both of them went through? If that's the case, then that's just stupid cashgrabbing which is not like Pixar to be doing at all. But on the other hand, Pixar doesn't make sequels unless they have good stories for them. And also, if they make a sequel to Finding Nemo but aren't making a sequel to The Incredibles (a sequel which many people have been waiting for), then Pixar must be having something up their sleeves for a Finding Nemo sequel because if they wanted a quick way to make money, they would make a sequel to The Incredibles.
Anyways, what do you think? Do you believe these rumors about a Finding Nemo sequel, or are you waiting for official confirmation from Pixar like I am? And what would you think of Pixar if they do end up making a Finding Nemo sequel?
