'Coco' is a Beautiful, Moving Film Worth Remembering

6 years in the making, Coco has finally been released to the world. With the promise of a Pixar film about family and about the Mexican holiday of Dia De Los Muertos, I have been waiting for this film since it's announcement back in 2012. It brings me great joy to say that Coco is not only the best film of the year, but one of the most moving and creative films I have ever seen. I expect nothing less from Pixar.

REVIEW: 'Finding Dory' is an Unforgettable Companion Piece to the Equally Fantastic Original Film

13 years after the release of Finding Nemo, Pixar has dived back into the sea with Finding Dory, a film that is not only just as good as the original and is a perfect companion piece to it, but is a phenomenal film on its own as well.

REVIEW: 'The Jungle Book' is the Adaptation We Were Hoping for

Walt Disney's The Jungle Book, which came out back in 1967, is one of my personal favorite Disney films. If I were to rank all of the films in the Disney Animation canon, The Jungle Book would easily be in my top 10. And now with Disney's recent obsession with remaking their classic films in live-action, a remake of The Jungle Book made me very skeptical. However, with each trailer, i became more and more won over on the film and I was starting to really look forward to it! But now that I have seen the movie, I couldn't be happier to say, in full confirmation, that The Jungle Book is an absolutely incredible film that is faithful to both the 1967 animated classic and the Rudyard Kipling stories.

REVIEW: 'Zootopia' is a Timely, Relevant and Unique Film that Tackles Mature Themes

Zootopia is a film that truly surprised me. I was expecting a fantastic film, which is exactly what I got, but I was not expecting a lot of incredible elements the film had. It was very different from how it was being marketed. Zootopia is not only a remarkable film, but it is also very relevant to today's society.

REVIEW: 'The Good Dinosaur' is a Beautiful, Epic and Ambitious Pixar Masterpiece (SPOILER-FREE)

With countless production problems, including a director change, countless delays, and a whopping 6 years in production, The Good Dinosaur has finally made its way to the big screen, and I'm happy to say that it was well worth the wait. The Good Dinosaur is a marvel, not just visually, but in its storytelling and its characters. It is a truly heartfelt, yet epic adventure film that hits all the right notes.

'How to Train Your Dragon 2' is an Epic Film That Improves Upon the Original

As much as I loved How to Train Your Dragon, It had its flaws, particularly in the screenplay which could have used some work. How to Train Your Dragon 2, however, is almost entirely free of all of the flaws the original film had. How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a heartwarming, but also heartbreaking film with a wonderful story, and great characters.

'Godzilla' is an Epic Beast of Filmmaking Mastery

Last time filmmakers outside of Toho attempted to make a Godzilla film, we ended up getting a dull, brainless and inappropriately titled "Godzilla" film where Godzilla didn't even look like Godzilla! In fact, that film was so bad that Toho tried to ease the audiences' pain in one of their films afterwards by claiming that the Godzilla from that film actually wasn't even the real Godzilla! While it may have seemed like there was no hope for any North American studios to pull off a film featuring the king of monsters, I have to say that this one pulled it off perfectly. Godzilla is an epic and fun film with a great story, beautiful visuals and excellent directing.

'Muppets: Most Wanted' is a Fun, Clever Film With Excellent Music

I loved The Muppets when it came out back in 2011. It was a perfect way to bring back the characters after not making a Muppets movie for a long time. Muppets: Most Wanted not only lives up to The Muppets, but in some ways improves upon it.

'The Jungle Book' is an Extremely Fun Film With Excellent Music

The Jungle Book is a film that many people are torn over. Some people like the film and some people don't think it was that great. I am one of the people who absolutely love The Jungle Book! With its catchy, memorable and extremely fun music, the wonderful characters and the gorgeous animation, The Jungle Book is a great film and the perfect final film for Walt Disney to leave us with.
