My Thoughts on the 'Inside Out' Teaser Trailer

New 'Big Hero 6' Trailer Released
This came a lot sooner than I thought. But, with the release of Planes: Fire and Rescue, I guess Disney thinks people are actually going to see that film, so they decided to release a Big Hero 6 trailer right now. But, releasing it before Guardians of the Galaxy would have been a no-brainer. Mini rant aside, I love this trailer!

'How to Train Your Dragon 2' is an Epic Film That Improves Upon the Original
As much as I loved How to Train Your Dragon, It had its flaws, particularly in the screenplay which could have used some work. How to Train Your Dragon 2, however, is almost entirely free of all of the flaws the original film had. How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a heartwarming, but also heartbreaking film with a wonderful story, and great characters.

My Thoughts on the 'Big Hero 6' Teaser Trailer
After the awful teaser trailer for Frozen that failed to get me excited (the final trailer is what made me excited for the film), Disney finally seems to have learned its lesson with the teaser trailer for Big Hero 6 and actually showed main characters instead of side characters.

'Godzilla' is an Epic Beast of Filmmaking Mastery
Last time filmmakers outside of Toho attempted to make a Godzilla film, we ended up getting a dull, brainless and inappropriately titled "Godzilla" film where Godzilla didn't even look like Godzilla! In fact, that film was so bad that Toho tried to ease the audiences' pain in one of their films afterwards by claiming that the Godzilla from that film actually wasn't even the real Godzilla! While it may have seemed like there was no hope for any North American studios to pull off a film featuring the king of monsters, I have to say that this one pulled it off perfectly. Godzilla is an epic and fun film with a great story, beautiful visuals and excellent directing.

How the Art of Animation is Helping me Cope With Loss
This is going to be a lot more personal than my other blog posts, but I am not afraid of writing about my personal life on here, as long as it is related to animation. In this case, this beautiful art form has been helping me through a very tough time right now. I should point out that I am not one of those really depressed and unhappy individuals. In fact, I think I'm quite the opposite. However, it is perfectly normal for me to be having a hard time dealing with what I am about to tell you and it is also perfectly normal for me to find ways to overcome this. I am here to tell you how this, unfortunately, underappreciated art form has been helping me through an extremely tough time in my life.

'Muppets: Most Wanted' is a Fun, Clever Film With Excellent Music
I loved The Muppets when it came out back in 2011. It was a perfect way to bring back the characters after not making a Muppets movie for a long time. Muppets: Most Wanted not only lives up to The Muppets, but in some ways improves upon it.

'Mr. Peabody & Sherman' is an Action-Packed Adventure Through History
Lately, DreamWorks has been on a downward spiral. With films like The Croods and Turbo, I was starting to get worried about the fate of the studio. Mr. Peabody & Sherman, however, seems to be a comeback. While the film isn't perfect, its excellent story, great characters and wonderful themes make Mr. Peabody & Sherman a fun, heartfelt adventure.

Frozen Breaks More Box Office Records!
This is unbelievable! I'm telling you, Frozen is unstoppable! It has broken even more box office records, despite there being a new competitor in theaters! Then again, that "competitor" is The Nut Job and I highly doubt that's going to make even a dent on Frozen's success!

Disney Infinity is a Disney Fan's Dream Video Game
Ever since I learned how to pick up a controller and play a video game, I've always wanted a game where all of the Disney characters come together. Just think about it! All of wonderful, memorable characters from a massive library of excellent films coming together in one video game! The wait for that perfect game was made easier by the Kingdom Hearts games, an excellent Action-RPG franchise with world from different Disney films. But while I absolutely love those games, in terms of Disney characters, there aren't as many as I hoped there would be. There would only be around 5. Now, my lifelong search for that perfect Disney game is over with the release of Disney Infinity, a game that not only celebrates 90 years of Disney characters and history, but is also inventive in its ideas and focuses of creativity and fun.
